This is a replacement req for a TJX Associate, who was working on Reporting. This req is

needed to complete development, testing of the Benefits/Comp/HR/Payroll project by October 2009.

The contractor hired in this role could potentially be "flipped" to a fulfill position.










































Skill Sets:

• 3+ years experience in Reports Builder 10G and BI Publisher (XML Publisher) in building complex Oracle Apps Reports

• Experience in designing, developing and deploying Discoverer reports

• Experience with handling large data volumes and performance optimization for reports

• Experience with PL/SQL programming, user exits and integrating these tools with Oracle Reports

• Experience with Oracle Applications APIs, views and interfaces

• Good understanding of Oracle Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, HR and Financials data models

• High level analytical and problem solving skills are required

• Excellent inter-personal skills and team management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with standards for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and Systems Life Cycle Methodology
