In R12, expenses now supports automatic upload of CONUS and OCONUS per diem rates provided by the US Government.

Companies can create per diem and policy schedules through the upload process.

This results in improved data accuracy and reduced operating costs due to minimum administrative effort.

The process is as follows:
Create/Upload Schedule process
- Run upload process
- Review and correct location errors (optional)
- Rerun upload process (optional)
- Manually modify schedule (optional)
- Activate schedule
- Assign to Expense Type

The US Government per diem upload is a new process which allows admins to automatically create per diem or policy schedules based on CONUS and OCONUS rates.
